We’ve got a hunter’s feast of online offerings focusing on “Duck Dynasty.”

The hit series on A&E Network chronicles the first family of duck calls, the Robertsons, members of the White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ in West Monroe, La.

Season 2 premieres at 10 p.m. Eastern on Oct. 10.

At 8 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, Oct. 3, A&E sponsors a “Google+ Hangout” with the cast. In a news release, the network says:

During this live video chat, fan favorites, Willie, Jase, Si, and Phil will talk directly to five fans, answer questions in real time from the series’ Twitter and Facebook communities and officially announce their “Join the Dynasty” contest where one lucky fan can win a chance to become an honorary member of the Robertson family for a day.

The chat streams live at https://plus.google.com/+AE/ and www.Youtube.com/AETV.

Faith, family and ducks: Bobby Ross’ behind-the-scenes look at the show and the Robertson family as they struggle to proclaim their faith.

Equally shocking to the Robertsons: In the first two episodes, the producers bleeped out words said by Willie and Korie to make it appear that they cursed. The family complained. As Al Robertson explained, “We don’t cuss.”

Jase Robertson, slipping his beanie off his head before praying, alluded to the tension as he shared communion thoughts on a recent Sunday.

“It’s a slippery slope when you’re holding Hollywood’s hand and you’re trying to accomplish something,” he told fellow church members, “when deep down all you want to do is proclaim that Jesus is Lord.”
