Members do most of work on Angelina church building in Lufkin, Texas

The Lufkin News in Texas reports:

In just a few months, Angelina Church of Christ bought a piece of land and built a new church for its current and future members.

In January, church leaders bought four acres of land on Tulane Drive after months of looking for something to fit their growing needs. In the past, they held services off of Kristy Street where they were leasing an area. But their church started to get bigger and they started to outgrow the facility.

As a result, they decided last fall to get something more permanent and more accommodating for members. After months of looking for something that fit them, they were able to find exactly what they wanted.
