Are you a sports fan?
Here are five Christian athletes (OK, make that six Christian athletes) who just might inspire you.

• 2. Colt McCoy: Read our 2009 interview with the star quarterback, now with the Cleveland Browns. See the latest headlines on McCoy.
• 3. “The Rookie” Jim Morris: Read our 2010 feature on the former major-league baseball pitcher whose life story inspired a Disney movie. See the latest headlines on Morris.
• 4. D.J. Williams: Read our 2011 feature on the former Arkansas Razorbacks tight end, now with the Green Bay Packers. See the latest headlines on Williams.
• 5. Josh Willingham and Brad Ziegler: Read our 2011 feature on the former Oakland A’s teammates. Willingham signed a free-agent contract this offseason with the Minnesota Twins, while Ziegler was traded last July to the Arizona Diamondbacks. See the latest headlines on Willingham and Ziegler.

I would like to add another name of professional athletes to this list. His name is Jake Burnette. He is 19 year old from Buford, GA, and has been drafted to pitch for the Pittsurgh Pirates. He is a fine young man, and a wonderful role model for our young Christian athletes.
I am proud of everyone of these young Christian athletes and all young people who make great accomplishments while remaining faithful Christians. God bless them all! May we follow in their steps.
Please include Ricky Stenhouse in this. Ricky is a memeber of the church in Olive Branch MS. He is a driver in the top NASCAR series. Great young man for God
Lets not fail to reconize Tim Tebow who has done more to cause people to take another look at their faith than anyone else in years. “We are just Christians, but not the only Christians.”-Campbell
