Eastern European Mission’s Ukraine coordinator dies unexpectedly

Church members in Ukraine are mourning the sudden death of Natasha Tsvyashchenko, Ukrainian Operations Coordinator for Eastern European Mission.
Tsvyashchenko, of Donetsk, Ukraine, died Jan. 3.
We will post updates when we get more details.
Bartosz Rybinski, EEM’s vice president for European operations, asked for prayers for Tsvyashchenko’s family, including her husband, Nick.
During a recent gospel seminar in Ukraine, Tsvyashchenko served as a translator for Dino Roussos, a minister in Athens, Greece.
“She has been a great blessing to our work in Greece,sending us books and literature for the ministry,” Roussos said of Tsvyashchenko.

Earlier today, I was stunned to hear of Natasha’s untimely death. Richard Baggett once described her as EEM’s most valuable employee… She’s been a hub of activity in the EEM office there in Donetsk. May the good Lord comfort her husband Nick. And what a vast empty place is left with this loss…
Natasha is truly an amazing person. Not only was she a professional with a wonderful work ethic, she was a precious Christian lady who served God wholeheartedly. Please pray for Nick, his parents, and Natasha’s parents. She is missed greatly.
We are saddened by the sudden death of Natasha. We pray comfort for her husband and parents. She competently filled an important role in EEM, and we pray that God will provide another to take her place. Yet, we all are so sad about her very brief stay on this earth.
