Welcome to our new home
My back isn’t sore. I know exactly where my toaster is. And yet I can’t shake the feeling that we’ve just boxed up all our belongings here at The Christian Chronicle and moved – at least in the cyber sense – to a whole new place.
You’ll notice we’re still unpacking, to continue the metaphor. Photos still need to be uploaded, stories reformatted. And we’ll no doubt be finding little spots that need touching up over the next few days and weeks.
But please look around and take the grand tour while we work in the background. Some features we think you’ll like:
CALENDAR – Our dynamic event listings offer information in a visual way. View listings by month or event, with contact information easily accessible.
GALLERIES – Photos from around the world can be seen in a high-resolution, interactive format.
ADVERTISING – We now offer a broad range of options for those in our fellowship, as well as additional ads from select vendors and affiliates. Our classifieds section also has been upgraded to allow a broader range of services and products, with photo capabilities.
MEMBER FEATURES – Care to comment on stories, vote in our polls or access the print edition each month in PDF format? These are just a few features that will soon be available to those who register for free at ChristianChronicle.org – with more planned. Feel free to register now to take full advantage of the good things to come.
CONTACT INFORMATION – We’ve made it easier for you to manage your print and e-mail subscriptions, submit news tips or story ideas, reach our staff and give to the Chronicle online.
SEARCH – All content – stories and photos – are now searchable, with several more years of archived content on the way.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PREFERENCES – Change the type size to suit your monitor or needs.
We’ve built this site with you in mind, so please keep the comments and suggestions coming. We’re glad you’re here!

Tamie,
I really like the new format. It is easy to get around--it is attractive-- and it is friendly. You have done a very good job.

Tamie,
Great job on the new site! But I may not be an unbiased commenter!
