Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya
Ken Grimm has been invited to join the faculty of Malek Bible School, a seminary founded in 1905 in Bor, Sudan, but now operating in exile in the Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya. The initial period of service will be about two years, but Grimm expects to extend this overseas mission. The target departure date is Feb. 1, 2004.
In addition to teaching at the school, Grimm will work with the church of Christ in the refugee camp. He seeks $1,800 per month ($22,000 per year) plus initial travel and start-up expenses.

UnBound Prison Ministries, a ministry of the North Buffalo, N.Y., church, is implementing a 12-course Bible Correspondence Program, offered in more than 50 prisons in New York State. The ministry has adopted a $28,000 budget. The ministry seeks 920 individuals who will give the work $25 each in support.
